whee!! went to watch floorball IVP finals today! =D
haha,as usual,fb matches are just so so... exciting to watch!
i was chiong-ing frm my workplace at buona vista all the way to RP at woodlands...and guess what,my ez-link card ran out of money and i was panicking like mad coz i thought the guys match has already started...
met with karen at mrt and both of us kind of brisk walk to tt stadium...and RP is so far frm the mrt station... -.-
but we still managed to watch abt half of the guys match..the guys match is so exciting.with all the shots and how RP started off losing 4-0, and then making a comeback at the last quarter, winning the ITE...woah.
after tt was NTU vs NUS girls team finals..
the NTU capt is so cool!and her drag shot leaves us (like what karen says) mu4 deng4 kou3 dai1...in the end NTU win.
haha,coach really pro ya...2 teams in the finals. =D
pretty funny to hear all the "ooh"s, "ah"s, "oh"s during the matches...haha.
hope tmr would be a great day for me as well,juz like today... =)

wee...celebrated ym's birthday on fri!! =D
HAPPY BIRTHDAY girl! =)
i've been so looking forward to this fri...coz work is quite hectic this whole wk...for consecutive 2 days i've been sitting in front of my office's labtop, facing the excel file for the whole day...and this is gng to repeat on mon..
ate at lot 1's newyork newyork for dinner with them...haha.like the black pepper chicken!
and "thnx" every1 for letting me finish up the whole mudpie..tsk tsk. =P
then watch midnight show Legion...erm..i don't think it's very nice... =( esp. the ending...but the angel's quite cool..haha.
stayover at ym's hse where we all had fun talking and cam-whoring... =D
haha.first time singing bday song at 2am and we bought her a small choc. cake..looks pretty nice! ;)
work tmr.and ivp finals tmr.

oh my...for the first time i'm so scared of MS Excel.

Wee...family outing for sat and sun!! ;) ;) ;)
so long nvr go out with whole family le
it's either daddy gotta work,or bro gt lessons or i've other appointments...
so ya,finally...
sat was dinner at some je restaurant
so coincident,the restaurant happened to be holding wedding banquet
but they still managed to serve us though...whew.
the food's nice and it's pretty sweet to "attend" a wedding...
i mean u would still feel very happy for the newly weds even though u don't know them
and then i was telling bro how long i've nt attended a wedding dinner...and guess what my bro says?
"Just wait for 4 more years."
LOL.haha,don't know whether my bro's joking or nt...coz i think tt's when he's starting to work after graduating.haha.but i would like to know who's gng to be my da sao.lol. =P
then sun was outing to chinatown to shop for CNY!!! =)
once again,it seems like a gazillion yrs ago since i've went there...
managed to get a pair of sneakers and some new clothes =D
and i found this cute tiger to put on my office desk!haha.if nt my office desk would juz be stationeries and a labtop...
alright..work tmr!
no monday blues. =)

when i've to admit that sometimes it gets quite tiring for me to keep waiting ... ... .

work was ok today...at least i do nt need a magnifying glass currently ;)
tried avocado fruit juice today
haha,first time drinking...was actually kind of anticipating how it tastes like
hmmm...all i can say is tt it feels as though i'm drinking a coffee bun...
yes,a coffee bun.those kind tt are usually found in bakery.
the first few sips were nice.but subsequenty,it juz feels weird.lol.
and i think i shld work out a diet plan coz apparently doing office work would make me put on weight too easily
firstly,there's nt much time for me to exercise coz by the time i reach home it would be quite late plus i would feel so tired.
secondly,doing paper work the whole day is rather boring...so eating is usually the gd way of distraction =P
oso, admin work would usually means staying stationary at one pt.
i'm trying to pick up the habit of drinking fruit juice or eat fruits during tea break...haha.sounds so healthy.
and try to at least exercise twice a wk ba
plus less fried food
=) =) =)
whee...fri's tmr!!!
oh,and 赌场风云 is nice! =D

at least i don't need to put on any heavy makeup for work...
at least there's like multiple places to go for lunch...
at least there 're nice pple there...
went for S02 class outing ystd... =)
20 of us went! quite a surprise coz the number's a record high for our outings... =D
haha it's my first time eating fish&co. and probably would be the last time ba...don't think the fish fillet taste very nice...lol.
and the class is really ultimate.LOL.
initially i was telling fann i'm gng to be quite late for dinner coz of work...probably gng to be late for an hr plus
in the end, i was the 2nd to reach! yes,the class is late for 1 hr! :O
ooh,heard tt fb ivp is starting soon...i want to watch! =D

wee...2nd day of work!
today was quite ok,juz some simple tallying and photocopying
but was feeling super tired the whole day..
and after finishing the last part of my job,i was really like "whew"...finally can 've a gd rest...felt really lucky tt there's no OT today and i can go home earlier as well. ;)
and fion brought me to ghim moh hawker centre for lunch...
haha,first time at ghim moh and i totally agree with her tt all those pple living in the west(well,including me)tend to move abt in the west and nt venture other areas..haha. =P
and i think there's really quite alot of nice food over there =D
Well,shall buy egg tarts for tea break nxt time =P

feel like eating egg tarts...

lol.there's so much paper work to do...omg.
all those tiny tiny code numbers and same colour wordings make tallying such a headache for me...well,i shall fig. out my way of tallying and get the hang of it...
and i guess i need bigger memory space for my brain...i keep forgeting the stuff tt the previous HR asst told me...rahhh..
muz jia youz!!!first day fo work only lor...
but the pple at my workplace are quite nice...
oh,it's an all girls team.lol.
and i like the feeling of having my own office desk...haha.

hee...first post of 2010...
well, went for RV Big Walk on 2 jan
i really gt to applaud for sihui,juz came back frm taiwan and she still manage to push herself to join 4c for the walk! =D
and when sihui first see me she ask if i've seen her msg...lol... =P
took quite a few pics with 4c
once again,i brought my cam but still didn't take alot of pics.heh.
proud of myself for completing 4.5 km..yeah!
oh,and there are really many alumni students who turn up for the event... =D
hmmm...all i can say is tt rv new campus is really huge
after the walk,there's this super short concert in the large aunditorium
can't really hear and see the whole thing though
saw some teachers too...haha.
i thought mrs tan was the ultimate,asking us to bring back the leftover packet lunch...haha.totally reminds me of those days when i'm on duty at UCC...haha
alright,job finding is still ongoing for me...
i really hope tt i can get my job as hr asst or admin asst

ok,finally decided to post something after a long long.......time.
life is so sian but then ya,have to learn to enjoy this kind of feeling.lol.
went to RV new campus with yj at Boon Lay today!!! =)
went back to actually collect the RV Big Walk merchandise.
the merchandise include a shirt,cap and a badge. =)
the campus is really huge i've to say,and the worse thing is,i wore the wrong shoes and we actually walked the wrong way...zzz.so end up my feet 've blisters... =(
after that went to JP to get my 2010 organiser! =) i totally like my new organiser.there's like calenders for me to write my events,to plan my day,to note things etc. the design is really cute and most importantly, it's affordable. =D
then went for 4C reunion steamboat dinner at shirui's house. the turn out rate is real gd! there's like 20++ people,much more than half the class is there! =)
and we all managed to squeeze to juz 3 tables.
after that celebrated our dearest chairperson's bday...haha. HAPPY BIRTHDAY WEI SHUEN!
and what the usual stuff 4c people do-mahjong,sit together watching tv and "comment" on the channel 8 drama,cam-whoring......
A brand new year.Really hope that it's going to be a much better yr than 2009...

IT'S PROM TODAY!!!
haha,i've to say this prom experience is really quite memorable
first time i'm actually making my hair, first time putting on make-up, first time at swissotel stamfors....
met karen,zhix and kahyee at 12.30 to go to the hairdresser's hse
prob this is the very few times i'm gng to put on make-up and make my hair coz it's seriously super troublesome!
guess wat,the hairdresser used 17 pins for my hair and it's quite painful =(
and when i reached home to remove the make-up,it's yet another big proj. for me...haha
oh,but i really like my hair =)
it's quite funny how the fb girls tried so hard to think of topics beforehand to talk to the guys in our table coz we were really afraid of leng2 chang3...haha
but it turned out to be quite ok
and i thought the girls shld really thank our fb guys for being nice..lol
frm letting us to choose the better seats to helping us with the food to taking pics...thnx guys! =)
i don't think i take alot of pics as compared to others and i didn't managed to take pics with loads of them =(
at the end of the prom,the 4c pple and i went over to HC ball room to crash their prom..haha,saw many 4c pple and rvians over there too and 4c took a class photo as our finale. =)
haha.went home with yj in the end. heard frm yj tt HC prom wasn't tt interesting.and i thought nj one was quite gd!the performaces were very gd in fact.haha,i like the 'sorry sorry' by Super Senior.LOL.
alright,feeling really sleepy now.shall upload the pics tmr. =)

I finally managed to eat my dim sum buffet!!! =)
went to ym's house in the morning at yew tee first
her hse is really nice! talked and played for a while in her hse.
thnx loads to coco-nutz,yj,ym and ty for the presents!it's really very nice and sweet =)
then went to fortunate restaurant for the buffet
one word of advice: do not go for a buffet when you're sick!coz,firstly,my head seems to be in a whirl and secondly,there's so much food tt cannot be eaten e.g fried food!
but still,i enjoyed my buffet! the fried durian puff is really nice!plus all the xiao long bao,ha gao(aka xia jiao) and the century egg porridge.oh oh,and the egg tarts!
but in the end,all of us went home early coz yj and i wasn't feeling well. =(
and i think my flu really worsened after gng for the snr's farewell party...but the jnrs had really planned the party well and i thought i would 've enjoyed it much more if i wasn't sick!!!thnx loads jnrs for the farewell party! =)
alright,prom is tmr. =D

OK I'M FINALLY FREE!!!!!!
this has been a very much long-awaited day
i rmb my bro was like saying uni days are even worse than jc days
but i told him i would never ever want to undergo this terrible a lvl period again
it's probably the worst experience i had so far for the past 12 years of schooling
ok forget abt the bad memories,it's all over!and....
Here is my holiday plan now:
To shop for prom
To go for prom on 7 dec
Eat my dim-sum buffet
Go for fb senior farewell party
Go sing K with sihui,jojo they all
Go out with S02
Learn Japanese as a third language(guess wat, my bro is paying for me!yea! =P)
Go childcare centre to do CIP
Go 4C and fb chalet
To watch all my fav Hong Kong dramas
To work
To join a singing competition??? =D
every1 is like gng overseas...feel so sian tt i can't join the class for the taiwan trip(and i seriously think tt the whole world is like gng taiwan now!)
ok this wk is gng to be super busy for me,but it's definitey gng to be super fun for me too! =D

I was really happy when i reached home today! Hahaha
was feeling quite sian this few day and i thought tt today is really the best of all...
after so many sian days
when i reached sch today, the pa was actually playing some music(well, it's actually for the games fest which the SH2 aren't involved)
and guess wat, they actually had torch relay this yr...lol.
after our lessons we were all waiting for the maths paper to be returned in the canteen and the girls had cam-whoring session.
oh,and while waiting,there's this SH1 guy who apparently had really bad leg cramps after the games fest and he was lying down on the floor
karen and i went over to check out this guy and there's no one there who actually knows first-aid...tsk.nj shld set up some first-aid club or sjab/redcross lor...
when tt guy turned back and said he was feeling better and a thank you...i was actually feeling really glad =)
it's really quite long since the last time i've treated a casualty
somehow or rather, i would always recall the comp. training days i had in sjab after treating an injured person...somehow or rather, it has trained me to be really calm and composed when facing all kinds of situations
ZENT, natl. comp. team, taking CPR test, advanced nco camp......nice memories =)
and to be frank, eventhough i've made up my mind in taking envt engineering/sci. in uni, my real dream course would actually still be a doctor.but yep, i knew tt's juz a dream coz even if i gt straight As,i still have my parents to convince.
and we had class lunch after sch! =D
we actually dunno where to go and we end up taking 171 to orchard and randomly alight at 1 stop?
and then we were like "so where do we go now?" lol.
and koksiong was saying tt i'm a mugger during the busride?!?!?!lol.tsk,i'm nt k...haha
and i thought kahyee was asking me to look for prom dress today on the bus,haha.and i was quite "reluctant" coz it doesn't seem to be the right timing ya
but end up is she asking me whether i want go look for prom dress with her after As
my ans to ky:yes! i paused nt coz i dun want go with you k, it's coz i thought you want to go today...hahahah.
and i kind of know what dress i want to buy, little black dress!!! =D inspired by Coco Chanel...Hee...
oh,and we went to NYDC in the end
the pasta wasn't really nice but the 2X choc cheesecake was really creamy and the flavour was juz right!love tt cheesecake! =P
and during the lunch, it was quite funny...haha
but settling the bill was really a big headache coz NYDC actually calculated the bill wrongly for thrice!
and the last reason for making my day a great one? =)

ok,i'm now 1 yr older le
and yep, this yr's bday i did spend with my books...lol
but it wasn't tt bad afterall
my parents bought my fav black pepper crabs for dinner!yippee!and also,for the first time, my family bought a bday cake!(coz my family dun really like to eat cakes).
ha, the cake is the prima deli hazelnut delight!my fav! ;)
and of course with all the well-wishes frm every1.thnx pple!
can oso see tt many are really mugging till super late coz i actually received smses at 1+ am...
haha,but it's understandable coz it's like prelims in 2 days' time
oh and fy appeared at my hse to give me the bday present..haha.so unexpected. :)
thnx fy and nai ma for the present and card, and coco-nutz,the first one to sms me..haha :)
so my 18th bday is memorable afterall
as for bday wishes...haha.it's meant to be kept as a secret ;)

haha,met up with coco-nutz today
went to coro's starbucks and saw sher with suet too =)
mugging with coco-nutz always got loads of stuff to learn one, she's like a walking dictionary/encyclopedia...lol
and guess wat,we actually talked for 2 hrs...woah.considered to be a luxury now eh,esp. when prelims is juz like in approx 1 wk time
then coco-nutz randomly said "it's 10 days to ur bday eh"
lol,i didn't even realise tt
but this yr's "bday celebration",i'm going to celebrate with my tutorials/notes/revision booklets?!?! =(
how special ya...coz usually my bday would be teachers' day celebration and oso after exams(well,since pri. sch. till JC1)
see first ba, at least i dun've exams on my bday...look on the bright side then =)
after talkng to coco-nutz, my moody day seems to be liven up =)
most prob. coz i was too tired after the mock prelim paper for maths,which ends like at 7 pm on thurs
first time that the school is ending so late(apart frm those cca days)

somehow or rather the people arnd me had weird dreams recently...lol
and i had quite a sweet dream ystd...haha.
actually the recent dreams i had hadn't been very pleasant
like what many say, ri4 you2 suo3 si1, ye4 you2 suo3 meng4
haha,but this sweet dream causes me 1 whole day of stress too...lol
coz apparently i gotta wake up early in the morning to complete the econs case study
but in the end,i muz be having such a nice dream tt i juz off my alarm and continue sleeping
by the time i wake up, it was aready time to go to sch
sigh...but it's ok.coz i really thought tt it was a really sweet dream tt brings a smile across my face when i think abt it...haha

It's national celebration today
and time really flies, this is probably the last time that i can celebrate national day in school
suddenly it reminded me of the qn tt mr bek randomly ask the class on tues i think
"Class, do your love Singapore?" Lol.
bet everyone's like "huh?" (well,me too)
coz its quite random ma, like before the start of math tutorial, suddenly there came abt this qn.haha.
guess after national day celebration, every1 would start feel more for s'pore
and there's this usual parade which reminded me of my ug days in rv
where we were the guard of honour, when every1 would start to polish the boots till it looked like a mirror(ok, tt may sound quite insane now..lol)
and i thought the number 1 uniform(i think tt's the name) looks quite cool ya.esp. the one whose whole unform was white-beret,top,pants and even boots. erm,look like air force tt kind.haha.

well, we talked quite alot
ha,initially wanted to buy some ba kua or chilli for him(coz apparently these stuff cannot be found in scotland), but since i don't know if food can be brought over to scotland, i prepared a ba kua sandwich instead
haha,but well he doesn't really like ba kua...lol.(too westernised?haha)nvm,nxt time i will get him diff. types of bottled chilli sauce when he come to s'pore nxt time. =P
oh, he got this slang now.and i'm surprised tt he couldn't read some chi. characters..lol.tt's how "influential" environment can be.
after talking to him,i came to realise tt actually almost everyone's leading the same kind of life
perhaps life is really less happy now
not as carefree and happy as compared to sec. sch life
mayb everyone is juz too busy to bother or notice abt the things around them
and indeed, pressure is really building up
but xiaojun said something tt reassured me
"I've never been worried about you coz i know you would be able to manage and handle all these."
Thnx for believing in me so much
i know i've let many pple worried about me recently,including my parents who were rather concerned if i'm able to cope with all the stuff now
but don't worry,i'll stay strong and will fight till the very end

went to coro's newly opened starbucks to mug with coco-nutz and yijing
haha, yisheng was too shy to join us...lol
didn't really like to mug there coz it's quite noisy eh...
but afterall, i did manage to clear some misconceptions...so still not too bad =)
oh, indulged in a cup of starbucks Iced Signature Choc =)cost me 6 bucks :O
trying to pamper myself to something nice...
hasn't been in a great mood for quite a while
well,everything is going to be over soon
To everyone and myself: don't give up!
i would usually make myself feel better by keep reminding myself tt i've managed to survive through the hectic month of feb/march
it's almost similar now...so juz press on!!!

went for fb girls outing today
hahaha, it's picnic at pasir ris park
well, i don't know how long i've nt been to a picnic le
it's a potluck picnic but only 10 pple turn up =(
had fun browsing through diff. schs' yr book...haha
browse through my rv yr bk, mgs, commonwealth and cat high's yr book
saw quite a few familiar faces,haha.
oh, and we spotted Paul Twohill in the cat high yr bk by chance...lol
we climbed the pyramid thing! =)
but well, it rained!!!
so went to white sands shopping centre instead, where we played cards and talk!
i managed to get a pair of hello kitty earstuds!yippee!(ok,i think i 've to be more thrifty now.)
alright, it's the start of the marathon tmr i guess
time to buck up!

Went to school at 8 plus in the morning
ha, played tennis with abi sher and karen! ok,i'm so kuku with tennis :P
but well, it's still fun! :)
good workout after natls when i didn't really run...lol...and help to relieve stress?ha.
then went to check out the jnrs training
jas joined us halfway and we all ate lunch and mug! ha, glad tt some econs stuff actually went into my head.FINALLY!
alright,back to serious stuff. 10 more days before the start of mid -yrs.

but how well prepared am i?

Ha...so tired today
but didn't do alot of stuff
the fact is tt i was slacking for the whole day! and i actually get tired...lol
initially wanted to mug with jas in sch in the morning (well another reason is coz i'm lazy to walk the main gate..) but then it turn out to be a chit-chatting session with jas...lol
then it was exco interview with the jnrs in the afternoon...turn out to be quite interesting though =)
hope the jnrs aren't freaked out by our qn =P
the interview is so much more relaxed and informal as compared to last yr...
it's like at amphitheatre where it's open spaced and we're sitting on the floor VS last yr when it's in a closed-door classrm with the snrs and teachers sitting in front of you
Time really flies...and it's time to hand over.
Elections on Fri! =)
and congrats to the new jnr guys exco! =D

Hmmm...life seems to be quite diff. now
I'm still adapting to the sudden change
Now it seems like I'm more "free"...
well,to be specific,life seems to be more carefree now
it does really make me think of quite a lot of stuff
from how i came to nj to how i survive through the hectic month of feb&march to coping with intensive trainings and sch work
everything seems to juz whiz pass...too fast too furious...lol
though i know along the way i've complained how tiring and hectic it was for the past few months, i do hope tt time could rewind as i know the happiness tt i gt from this "carefree" life is going to be short-lived...
it hasn't been very pleasant for the past few days though
where my class is so "lucky" to "celebate" for the "joyous event"..hoho
but too bad...feedback is gonna be ptless when they are juz gng to push everything back to us
well,nt gng to let tt affect my mood =) nt worth it
ooh, 4c class gathering @ lot 1 later! woots! =D

It has come to an end...
End of the fb nationals season
The team has trained so so hard together
but sometimes, life is juz so unfair
I admit tt it was a moment of anguish when the final whistle was blown

Suddenly, my heart felt so empty.

Suddenly, i miss those trainings at acs barker, even though it always end really very late

Suddenly, i miss those morning pt, even though we've got lesser sleeping time

Suddenly, i miss those court trainings, even though it's inconvenient for the team

Suddenly, i miss all the friendly matches that the team had, where we all fight hard together

Suddenly, i miss those line trainings that we had after sch in the gym

Suddenly, i miss the lunch/dinner that the team had together after training, where we would talk & laugh our hearts out

All i want to do now is to keep these precious memories deep in my heart
We've lost the match
But we will not lose these precious moments that we had

one team one dream; one heart one soul

bought nice white colour hair clips for natls too! lol...or else coach will "suan" me for nt pinning up my hair...haha.

Ooh...ice bath today!!! =D
but of course is xian1 ku3 hou4 tian2...ran 3-5 sets of big 17 and then 4+3+2+1 rounds...think i kind of nvr run tt much for some time...coz after running 4 rounds i feel like puking =X...well,first time run till i feel nausea. =(
but well, i'm proud tt i persevered through! =)the team too!
and the ice bath is fun! haha,like some team bonding session...
feels quite shuang to be the first to get "ice-bathed"...haha.
hope it helps in "treating" my shin...
